A Rich Background in Music Education

Ms. Andrea's impressive journey in music education began with a strong academic foundation, earning her B.A. in Music in 2007 from the Uzhhorod Music College in Ukraine. Her extensive teaching career took root at the esteemed Mukachevo Music School in Ukraine, where she dedicated nine years to piano instruction, laying a solid musical foundation for countless students. She then broadened her international experience, continuing to teach piano and serving as Concertmaster in Hungary for two years. This valuable role highlighted her exceptional musicianship and leadership within ensemble settings.

 

Ms. Andrea returned to Ukraine in 2007 where she co-founded the Child Development Center on Dnipro. For another nine years, she played a pivotal role in the center, not only providing expert piano instruction but also continuing her significant contributions as Concertmaster. Her work at the center underscores her commitment to holistic child development through the arts and her ability to build impactful music programs.

Ms. Andrea is a valued member of our faculty here at Dr. Chen Piano Studio, where she continues to inspire students of all ages with her profound knowledge and engaging teaching approach. In addition to her dedicated work in our studio, she also shares her expertise at a reputable private school in the Philadelphia area, teaching piano and general music for grades 3-8. This diverse experience allows her to connect with and guide students across various learning environments, from individualized lessons to structured classroom settings.
